Surfacing Warburtons Bakery

The contract was awarded to Arnold Tarmac following an assessment by our team who presented a full and detailed working methodology.

Arnold Tarmac was required to plane out and re-surface a complex entrance to Warburtons Enfield depot, in order to facilitate the site which runs 24 hours a day with only one point of entrance. All works were to be carried out between the hours of 10pm and 2am whilst on site traffic management could allow continuous traffic flow.

The tender documents stated a maximum contract duration of 4 nights. Arnold tarmac’s initial proposals gave a programmed 3 night duration, this was successfully reprogrammed to accommodate various client amendments and unforeseen circumstances, yet still complete within 4 nights.
